FITNESS FRIDAYS with Hugo

This is the last Fitness Fridays! We've decided, due to the extension of the lockdown, to freshen up some things with our content, and one of those fresh things is going to be what Hugo is putting out on Fridays for the next little while. So get sweaty with us for the last time (at least for now)!

All the instructional/example videos are available on our Instagram here (give us a follow whilst you're at it)! Below is the set-list, we've designed it so that it is do-able for any fitness level, just repeat the set more times, or give youself less of a break in between each exercise, to make it harder. Make sure you push yourself, regardless!
Week 2 Set (repeat 3 times)
No equipment required:
1 min Seated corkscrews
25 x Push-ups
- To make this easier, start with your knees on the ground, and do the pushups from there.
- To make this harder, elevate your feet slightly. Alternatively, put your hands together, forming a diamond with your index fingers and thumbs, and do the pushups that way.
10 x (each side) Sit up elbow thrusts
25 x Tricep dips
10 x (each leg) Assisted pistol squats
25 x Burpees
Basic equipment
10 x (each side) Weighted Bulgarian split squats
One arm rows
