FITNESS FRIDAYS with Hugo

After the success of the first Fitness Fridays and to commemorate that we've made it through week 1 of the lockdown, we've got another Fitness Fridays to remind you all to keep active and stay sweaty! This week, Hugo takes us through another workout that's easy to do at home, so join us as we stay healthy and happy!



All the instructional/example videos are available on our Instagram here (give us a follow whilst you're at it)! Below is the set-list, we've designed it so that it is do-able for any fitness level, just repeat the set more times, or give youself less of a break in between each exercise, to make it harder. Make sure you push yourself, regardless!


Week 2 Set (repeat 3 times)

No equipment required:


25 x Push-ups

- To make this easier, start with your knees on the ground, and do the pushups from there.

- To make this harder, elevate your feet slightly. Alternatively, put your hands together, forming a diamond with your index fingers and thumbs, and do the pushups that way.

25 x V Ups.


30 x Alternated single leg touch squat.


25 x Tricep dips.


20 x (10 each leg) Bulgarian Split Squat.


50 x Bicycle.


Requires some basic equipment:

12 x Dumbbell Curls.

- For this exercise, grab anything reasonably heavy if you don't have a dumbbell.


15 x Arnold press.

1.5 min High knees skipping.

- If you don't have a skipping rope, find something else as a substitute or find another way to do some intense cardio and get that heart rate up!
