Hello friends! Hope you're all doing well as we prepare to enter our third week of lockdown (wild!). We hope you've been staying healthy, getting a little bit of exercise in, and not getting too pissed with your family. It's Wednesday, which means our boy Greg has another cooking tutorial video for us, how exciting? Awe.

Ingredient List:
2 cloves of chopped garlic.
1 Onion
Oil (for frying). ¾ cup quinoa. 2 cups of water. 1 can of black or kidney beans. 1 cup of corn kernels. 1 red pepper. ½ tablespoon cumin. Black pepper spice to taste. ½ teaspoon of chilli or more, depending on whether you can handle spice.
Recipe:
Chop up everything beforehand (like the pepper & onion, don't throw the whole thing in)
Start frying your garlic. Once that's fuckin' tasty and smelling out the whole kitchen, throw everything in a pot and bring to boil. Once boiling reduce heat to simmer and cover with a lid. Let simmer for about 20 minutes until most of the water has boiled off. Serve warm, or keep and eat cold, whatever you prefer.
